How do you choose houses?
A house with a point of view, an owner who cares how it is lived in, a setting worth the journey, and readiness for guests, or a plan to get there.
Do I approve every guest?
Yes. Each request reaches you with an introduction: who they are, why this house, how they want to live. Nobody stays without your yes.
Do I keep my own team?
Yes. Your housekeeper, gardener and manager stay yours. Brigitte hands over to them when it matters.
What does it cost?
Fees are agreed after the private review, once we have seen the house and understood its season. There is no price list.
What happens to guest data?
Guest conversations are hosted in the EU and erased after seven days. You can read every conversation while it exists.
