> Les Confidences is a digital maison for private houses and rare places on the Riviera, born in Ramatuelle on the Saint-Tropez peninsula. Owners are chosen, guests are introduced, and every stay comes with the confidences only an owner knows. Its AI concierge is Brigitte, by MyBrigitte.

- **confidence** (at Les Confidences): a rare place or moment an owner shares with guests they have approved: a cove, an hour, a table, a person. Never published as a list.
- **by introduction**: the rule of entry. Guests ask to be introduced; the owner receives the introduction and says yes or no.
- **House Brief**: the written note every owner receives after the private review, whether or not they work with Les Confidences.
- **Season Letter**: what guests asked, loved and missed, written for the owner after each stay and at the end of the season.
